Namita Piparaiya is a former corporate executive; she spent over a decade, from management trainee to business head, with leading financial services MNCs, including Citibank, Aviva, and Generali, before finding her calling as a Wellness Coach. She founded Yoganama Wellness and is passionate about helping people find health and happiness and live their best lives. She is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (David Frawley) and continues to pursue her interests in yoga philosophy.
