Dear Amlan / Aditi I am an obese with lot of trials in gym and home workout including diet but always failed to see result. Dear Amlan and Aditi, I met an accident and I was under treatment by Physiotherapist, After that I was searching a good yoga training who can understand my problem and guide me because I was not able to find any strength and mobility in my legs.
